What is Thermage FLX?
Thermage FLX is a radio frequency based procedure that gives you tightened and contoured skin, thereby reducing wrinkles and improving skin texture.
What is the result of Thermage FLX?
After the first treatment, the firming effect will be immediate, but the current effect is only about 20%, and the whole skin condition will be improved within 2-4 months. After 6 months, the best result will be appeared, and the collagen continues to regenerate in the next year. It is recommended to maintain the best condition once a year.
What does it claim to do?

Am I a Candidate for Thermage?
Generally, the ideal candidate for the Thermage procedure is a man or woman between 30 and 65 years of age, who is experiencing the early stages of aging, including sagging and facial laxity that can cause a worn down, tired appearance, making an individual appear years older than he or she truly is.
Does it hurt?
Each person will experience a different sensation depending on their pain tolerance and the area treated. Typically, areas close to the bone can be more sensitive to the heat. The new system has an optional vibration mode which helps make the treatment more tolerable by distracting from discomfort. The latest Thermage® FLX system has been designed to be less painful than Thermage® CPT.
We do not use any numbing creams before this treatment. The treatment is targeting a level of the skin where numbing cream isn’t effective. Using a topical anaesthetic can increase the risk of an adverse reaction such as a blister or burn. We strictly advise against applying any numbing cream before the appointment, though you can take paracetamol before treatment.
How long before I can get back to my normal activities?
Most patients return to their regular activities immediately following treatment. No special care is required afterward, aside from basic skin maintenance and sunscreens as part of a regular skincare regimen.
